 Siddharth Sharma founded Explosive Athletes Institute (EAI) in July 2009 with one primary goal in mind: To eliminate wasted effort and guesswork commonly associated with human functional performance training and to engineer a scientific system that would optimize results and maximize efficiency of training. From experts in functional training and biomechanics to former professional athletes, EAI's training staff has over 100 years of combined experience in sports and performance enhancement. EAI's unique functional training approach is one of the most sought after by not just athletes, but also individuals who wish to not only look great but also feel stronger and perform better without any pain in daily, routine activities. Siddharth possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering with emphasis in Biomechanics along with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Siddharth has been involved as a researcher at the Human Motor Control Laboratory at Arizona State University for nearly 6 years where muscular forces, kinematics, and human movements are studied in-depth. Siddharth's main area of expertise is in functional exercise design and prescription.
Originally specialized for athletes, EAI has expanded to allow everyone to take advantage of the benefits of functional training.
